There is a new portal (https://portal.shufsd.org) for accessing files at home. You will be able to upload, download and create folders using the new portal. The portal will be available at home on a PC, Mac or mobile device. Network Access and Passwords
On Wednesday, October 5, and Wednesday, Feb. 15 all employees will be forced to change their passwords for continued computer, email, and Infinite Campus access. This will not apply to students.
Password changes must be made physically on a school computer and not from a home computer or through the VPN. Warning: The global force password command goes into effect at5 am Wednesday morning. Anyone who changes their password before this time will still be required to make a change on Wednesday morning from a school computer.
The network computer password must be 3 letters or more.
The Infinite Campus password must be a hard password combination of 4 letters and 4 numbers.
Get Websites Approved
It is highly recommended that you test website access to avoid difficulties in viewing instructional and work related websites. This includes sites that are posted on eBoards. Staff should submit URLs to siterequests@shufsd.org (listed on the global address list) for a review of the site that they want unblocked. Staff must submit requests from their SH email account. Student and outside-of-district email addresses (personal email addresses) will not be acknowledged. Requests to access YouTube and photo sharing websites will not be approved.
